Adam is the Field Listing Services Manager at Lamacchia Realty, where he leads the team responsible for executing agent field services. This includes photographing home listings, hanging signs and lockboxes, conducting home evaluations, creating interactive floor plans and preparing properties to be listed for sale.
Adam has been with Lamacchia Realty since 2010 and has played the most important role in building out the company’s extensive prelisting service that over 80% of listings from agents are utilizing.
His background spans construction, sales, and property management, making him uniquely equipped for the hands-on nature of his role. Originally from Watertown, Massachusetts, Adam is known for his reliability, versatility, and the ever-present smile he brings to every job. Adam was named 2019 Employee of the Year for which he and his wife were invited to the Presidents Club to Aruba.
