Brooke’s small-town roots shaped her into someone who values loyalty, trust, and humility—qualities she brings to every client relationship. Grounded in integrity and a genuine commitment to service, she delivers a thoughtful, high-touch experience from start to finish. Whether you’re buying your first home, downsizing, or ready for a new chapter, Brooke guides you through the process with clarity, care, and an eye for every detail.
Brooke began her Real Estate career in 2016 and has been committed to growth and excellence ever since. That same year, she joined the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (NCMAR) and has actively contributed by serving on multiple committees, including serving as Secretary for three terms. She has also helped organize events for the Association, Business Partners, and the local community. She participates annually in REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill in Boston, advocating for homeownership and private property rights alongside fellow professionals from across the state.
Brooke’s hard work and dedication have earned her strong recognition within the industry. In 2020, she was honored as a member of the REALTOR® Honor Society, continuing year after year and received the Top Producer Award 5+ years. As her business continued to grow, she expanded her licensure to New Hampshire in 2022 and became a Massachusetts Notary Public. In 2023, she was named a Rising Star, further underscoring her commitment to excellence. Building on this momentum, Brooke achieved new milestones in 2025, earning the title of North Central MA Sales Associate of the Year and becoming the first recipient of the Paula K. Savard Distinguished Service Award.
Brooke is committed to continuous learning and staying ahead in the ever-changing market. She has completed advanced training through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, earning certifications as a Target Marketing Specialist, Sales Specialist, and Service Expert. In 2026, she also became a Certified Real Estate Consultant, a designation that sets her apart, allowing her to provide services beyond the transaction by serving as a trusted resource for homeowners and helping them build a clear, focused approach to homeownership. In addition to the certifications and continued education, she participates in weekly trainings at Lamacchia Realty to ensure she delivers clients the most current market knowledge and strategies.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
I joined Lamacchia because the company, its employees, fellow agents, and overall environment felt very welcoming even before I officially started. It is refreshing to be part of a brokerage that follows through on its commitments, understands what is effective and what is not, and consistently strives to remain at the forefront of the industry as a leader.
The training and systems in place provide me with the confidence to effectively serve my clients and share knowledge with both clients and colleagues.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Chris, their son, Logan, and their two dogs. As a family, they love outdoor adventures, from biking together on new rail trails and backyard bird watching to exploring new places throughout New England.
Logan thrives on being outside, whether he’s running around with the dogs or chasing the RC car around. One of their favorite destinations is Maine, where they visit often to enjoy days relaxing on the beach and soaking up the ocean air.
When she’s not working or out exploring, Brooke enjoys reading, thrifting, and cooking. She loves finding creative ways to bring personality into everything she does—whether it’s in the kitchen with a new recipe, decorating a space, or hunting for one-of-a-kind treasures. A longtime book lover, she always looks forward to picking up a novel by her favorite author, Lisa Gardner.
We purchased our home in Fitchburg in 2015 and have been slowly working our way through each room, taking on DIY projects as we go. Owning a home has truly been an ongoing adventure filled with learning, creativity, and plenty of hands-on work. I really enjoy sharing the experiences I’ve had so far and the progress we’ve made with my clients. Sometimes it’s a great success story, and other times it’s a cautionary tale—complete with a few “how hard could it be?” projects that quickly proved otherwise.
Do you have a favorite charity?
Since beginning my career, I have been involved with Habitat for Humanity and truly admire the impact they have on so many families. Through NCMAR, I also take part in several local fundraisers each year, including school supply drives, Holiday Helping Hands to support the homeless and veterans, and the Fill-a-Cruiser food drive — events I look forward to contributing to every year.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite part of being a REALTOR® is helping people achieve what once felt out of reach. Buying or selling a home is an exciting, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming journey, and I take pride in guiding my clients with the knowledge and support they need to feel confident at every step.
Watching clients move from uncertainty into confidence and excitement about what’s next is the most rewarding part of the process.
One of the added perks of my work is the opportunity to explore the different towns and cities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I enjoy discovering the character of each community, from charming local businesses to historic landmarks, and sharing what makes each place unique.
Do you have any pets?
We have two dogs—Walker and Buddy, aka “the boys.” They are rescues from Texas and Mississippi! They love the days I get to work from home and can spend the day running around the yard chasing rabbits and birds.
Occasionally, they step into their “assistant” roles, happily tagging along for treats and car rides.
What are your favorite sports and sports teams?
New England really does have some of the best sports teams—we’re spoiled for sure! I’m not the best at keeping up with every season, but I really enjoy watching and cheering on the Patriots and Red Sox.
We’re also big fans of visiting Polar Park in Worcester!
