Russ Stuebe has a deep appreciation for Cape Cod and chose to make it his permanent home in 2018 after spending more than 40 years renting seasonally on the Cape. Before relocating, Russ lived and worked in Northern New Jersey, where he built a career rooted in service, trust, and hands on experience.

A retired police lieutenant, Russ also brings more than 35 years of experience owning and operating a general contracting business, along with previous experience as a New Jersey REALTOR®. His extensive background in residential construction, renovation, and maintenance gives him a valuable perspective when helping clients evaluate properties, prepare homes for sale, and navigate potential challenges throughout a transaction.

Russ has also worked extensively with senior clients and takes pride in protecting the interests of everyone he represents. He believes in providing honest guidance, dependable support, and trusted advice throughout the buying and selling process, with a focus on helping clients make informed decisions and maximize their real estate investment.
