Victor Mauricio is a dedicated REALTOR® out of the Lamacchia Beverly office, bringing with him nine years of experience in the banking industry and a strong background in lending and financial services. Throughout his banking career, Victor has helped business owners navigate financing options including lines of credit, term loans, and commercial loans. He has also worked closely with individuals throughout the home financing process, including first time homebuyers and homeowners seeking home equity lines of credit.

Victor was drawn to real estate because of his passion for working with people, understanding their needs, and helping them build stronger futures. He takes the time to learn each client’s short term and long term goals, then develops a clear plan to help them move toward those goals with confidence. His financial background allows him to bring valuable knowledge and perspective to clients as they navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Originally from Guatemala, Victor now lives in Lynn, Massachusetts. He chose to join Lamacchia Realty because of the company’s strong support system and the opportunities it provides agents to learn, grow, and build successful careers. One of Victor’s biggest personal motivations is creating a strong foundation and lasting legacy for his two children.

Outside of real estate, Victor enjoys playing soccer and is a passionate Real Madrid fan. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his children and continuing to work toward building a successful future for his family and the clients he serves.
