William James Walton Sr. began his real estate career in 2007 while looking for a flexible opportunity to grow his income in a way that would allow him to continue serving others. With a client focused approach, William is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals by listening carefully to their wants and needs and providing the guidance and information they need to make confident decisions. His passion for helping people, combined with his calm and supportive nature, has allowed him to build meaningful relationships throughout his career.
William earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996, followed by a Master of Science in History from Southern Connecticut State University in 2005 and a Sixth Year Certificate in Educational Administration in 2022. As an educator for more than 25 years, he has developed strong communication, leadership, and relationship building skills that naturally complement his work in real estate. His background in education has also given him the opportunity to connect with a wide range of people and better understand the importance of patience, guidance, and trust.
Originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, William now resides in New Britain and remains actively involved in his church community. He participates in several ministries and outreach programs, including men’s ministry, support for divorced Christian men, choir directing, and visiting those who are sick or in need. Outside of work and community involvement, he enjoys working out, watching movies and classic sitcoms, and is a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees.
