Averie Millward is the Administrative Assistant for Lamacchia Realty’s Fall River, New Bedford, and East Providence offices, where she ensures daily operations run smoothly and agents receive the support they need. Though new to real estate, Averie brings valuable experience from her previous roles as a Permitting and Inspections Coordinator in the solar industry and a Partner Client Manager in home care. Working closely with building departments sparked her interest in how properties come together and ultimately inspired her transition into real estate.

Averie prides herself on staying organized, anticipating needs, and providing creative solutions to keep the offices running efficiently. She strives to be a dependable resource, whether answering quick questions, tackling bigger challenges, or helping streamline workflows, so agents can focus on serving clients.

Originally from California, Averie has lived in Fall River for the past five years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, baking, crafting, and adventuring with her two cats, Rooney and Cleo-catra. She loves hiking, shopping, and cheering on the New York Mets and New York Giants.
