Delia Correia has been working in real estate administration since 2010. She began part-time and quickly transitioned to full-time as the company grew. Over the years, Delia has expanded her role to provide exceptional support to agents and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Before starting her real estate career, Delia built an extensive background in retail management, holding positions as District Manager, Regional Manager, and eventually Human Resources Director for a women’s apparel retail chain. Her early passion for retail began in high school, which inspired her to pursue a degree and a rewarding career in management and customer service.

Delia’s primary goal is to support office staff and agents by helping them succeed, particularly new agents as they get started with the company’s proven tools and systems. With her strong background in customer service and her knowledge of real estate operations, she is dedicated to serving both her team and the community. She is the Office Manager of the Fall River, New Bedford offices in Massachusetts, as well as the office in East Providence, Rhode Island.

Originally born in Portugal, Delia moved to the United States with her parents and brother in search of new opportunities. She has lived in East Providence for most of her life, where she and her family have made their home.

Following the recent acquisition by Lamacchia Realty, Delia is excited about the company’s future and believes that the sky is the limit.

In her free time, Delia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying active. She loves playing tennis and recently added pickleball to her list of favorite activities.
