Nora Fairman is a 2021 graduate of Lasell University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing. She furthered her education at Lasell, obtaining dual Master’s degrees in Integrated Marketing Communications and Communication in 2023.

Nora’s career in the real estate industry began during her graduate studies, where she interned with a Lamacchia Realty agent, focusing on social media strategy and outreach marketing. Her work aims to understand diverse audiences and create strategies that resonate with businesses and brands alike. At Lamacchia, Nora’s goal is to offer her support and knowledge to both the agents and staff in any way she can be of assistance.

Originally from Lake Worth, Florida, Nora now resides in Westfield, Massachusetts with her husband. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and caring for her Australian Shepherd-Pitbull mix, Luna. She also runs a local bi-weekly book club with friends in Western Massachusetts and manages an original grunge-rock band, Greenwood Fire, based in Boston, MA.
