As Vice President of Sales at Lamacchia Realty, Mike is responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic initiatives, and mentoring Lamacchia Realty’s talented agents he is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and strategic experience for every home seller. With deep expertise across all areas of real estate sales, Mike plays in other key leadership roles such as Vice President of all Regional Managers such as MacKenzie Mell, Michelle Wesson, and Beth Allen-Byrd. In addition, Mike also oversees the Lamacchia Vacation Rental Team out of our Falmouth branch office.
A Watertown native, Mike began his real estate career straight out of college in 2007. After reconnecting with Anthony Lamacchia, he joined the company in 2008 as a buyer’s agent. He quickly took on more responsibility, managing foreclosure sales during the housing crisis and eventually shifting his focus to home listings.
By 2012, Mike was named Sales Manager, leading a high-performing team that handled hundreds of listings sales annually. In 2016, he was promoted to Director of Sales, overseeing all buyer and seller activity across the company and training hundreds of agents in effective sales practices.
