Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.
The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The January Employee of the Month is Nicole Lamacchia.
Nicole has been with Lamacchia since 2014 originally starting out as a bookkeeper, and eventually earning her promotion to Senior Finance Coordinator. She is responsible for tracking the company’s financial progress, analyzing data, and making sure the accounting practices are up to par. Nicole takes pride in her role and genuinely loves helping our team achieve success. She believes that continuous learning is essential to staying on top of our industry and she strives to keep herself educated on current trends in real estate finance. Prior to receiving this recognition, Nicole was also awarded Lamacchia Realty’s Staff Star in January 2019. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with Anthony and their 4 kids. They enjoy going to the beach in the summer, skiing in the winter, and going on vacation!

The winner of each month is not only awarded a bonus in their next paycheck but also adds their name to the list of those eligible for the highly coveted Employee of the Year award. Moving forward, the Employee of the Year will be selected from one of the year’s monthly winners. The Employee of the Year is awarded an all-expense-paid trip to a tropical paradise with the company’s President’s Club winners from the same year!
