From January 1st to June 30th, we’re proud to share that Lamacchia Realty ranked #1 in Woburn by brokerage firm for transaction sides, according to MLSPIN. With 22 transaction sides (20 units) in just the first half of the year, our dedicated and highly productive REALTORS® have helped clients successfully reach their real estate goals — securing Lamacchia Realty top market share in Woburn for the first half of 2026.
Previously, Lamacchia Woburn ranked #1 Office by Transaction Sides for all of 2025 and #1 office overall by sales volume and closed transactions in Woburn in 2022.
