AMY TUCCERI

Amy Tucceri is the Transaction Operations Manager at Lamacchia Realty, where she is instrumental in driving transactional excellence across all offices. Collaborating closely with Transaction Coordinators and Managers, she plays a pivotal role in optimizing day-to-day transactional operations and providing essential support to both staff and agents company-wide. Amy works alongside Angela Rastellini, VP of Transaction Management.

Amy began her career with Lamacchia Realty in April 2016. Her journey from Administrative Assistant includes managing the Leominster office, coordinating transactions for top-producing agents, and training new REALTORS®. A key contributor to operational enhancements, her dedication to agent support and process optimization led to her promotion to Operations Manager in 2025 and a position on the Leadership Team. In her current role, Amy remains focused on continuously enhancing the transactional experience for every agent and client.

A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional and REALTOR®, Amy brings over 20 years of customer service experience and holds an Associate’s Degree from MassBay Community College.
