From January 1st to June 30th, we’re proud to share that Lamacchia Realty ranked #1 in Shrewsbury by brokerage firm for both sales volume and transaction sides, according to MLSPIN. With 33 transaction sides (29 units) and $24,535,678 in sales volume in just the first half of the year, our dedicated and highly productive REALTORS® have helped clients successfully reach their real estate goals — securing Lamacchia Realty the top market share in Shrewsbury for the first half of 2026.
Previously, Lamacchia ranked #1 by Brokerage Firm in Shrewsbury for Both Sales Volume and Transactions in the first half of 2025, as well as #1 Brokerage by Sales Volume and Transaction Sides for all of 2025.
