Lamacchia Auburn is #1 by Brokerage Firm and by Office for both Sales Volume and Transactions (sides) in Auburn per MLSPin
January 1st – June 30th: We are proud to announce that Lamacchia Realty ranked #1 by brokerage firm per MLSPin in Auburn for both sales volume and transaction sides out of all other real estate brokerage firms in that town for the first half of 2026. With 26 transaction sides (21 units) and $12,155,051 in sales volume in just the first half of the year, our highly productive REALTORS® have successfully helped their clients achieve their real estate goals, thereby bringing Lamacchia Realty to the top spot for market share in this region.
Furthermore, the Lamacchia Realty Auburn Office ranked #1 by office per MLSPin in Auburn with $6,577,500 in sales volume and 14 transaction sides- more than any other real estate office in that town. Previously, Lamacchia ranked #1 in the first half of 2025 and as #1 Brokerage and Office by Sales Volume and Transaction Sides for all of 2025.
