Erin Hebert serves as the Office Manager for our Chelmsford, Woburn, and Salem, NH locations. She works diligently across all offices, providing invaluable support to our agents with their listings, transactions, and a wide range of behind-the-scenes coordination. Erin’s exceptional patience and strong multitasking abilities ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently, making her an essential part of the team.

Erin first joined Lamacchia Realty in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly climbed the ladder thanks to her outstanding work ethic, reliability, and drive. In 2021, she was promoted to Office Manager of the Chelmsford and then Hudson offices, and has since expanded her role to include Woburn and Salem, NH.

When it comes to determination and grit, Erin has more than her fair share. She consistently navigates even the most complex situations with grace and professionalism. But above all, it’s Erin’s kind heart and bright smile that make her not only a phenomenal manager but also a truly beloved member of the Lamacchia Realty family.
