Angela Cruz Named Lamacchia Realty Employee of the Month – September 2026

Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.

Since joining Lamacchia Realty in February 2026, Angela has become an incredible asset to the team as the Administrative Assistant for our Chelmsford, Amesbury, Newburyport, and Salem, NH offices. Always willing to lend a helping hand, Angela goes above and beyond to support agents and her colleagues with kindness, patience, and a smile. Known for her organization, friendly personality, and positive attitude, she plays an important role in keeping the offices running smoothly and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where agents can focus on serving their clients.
