April 10, 2019– Lamacchia Realty has released a billboard campaign in Worcester with 5 billboards across the city and one 48-foot bulletin on interstate 290. This is all part of Lamacchia’s increased efforts to grow market share in the Worcester market which is currently the company’s fastest growing market. These billboards are located on Route 20, Southbridge Street, Plantation Street, W. Boylston Street, and on Route 290.
This campaign was incited to share the explosive growth Lamacchia Realty has experienced over the last few years in the Worcester market with local residents and Realtors. In 2018 Lamacchia Realty was the #1 Independent Brokerage in Worcester. Lamacchia Realty Worcester office opened with only eight Realtors back in July 2016 but now the Lamacchia Realty Worcester office is home to 56 agents and counting.
