Westford 2019 Mid-Year Report

As of June 30th, a total of 151 homes sold in Westford. (These numbers include single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family sales combined). Total sales are down 6.2% from this same time period in 2018 when 161 total homes were sold.

Prices dropped to $483,711 in the first half of 2019, down 0.9% from 2018 when the average price was $488,305,

Homes Listed in Westford:

From January 1st to June 30th, there were 235 homes listed on the market, down 0.8% compared to 237 within the same date range in 2018.

Homes Pending in Westford:

From January 1st to June 30th, there were 183 homes that went pending (contract accepted) down 9.4% compared to 202 within the same date range in 2018.

The Westford market was a bit lackluster in the first half of 2019 when compared to the 2019 Mid-Year Report with sales and prices down along the inventory.
