Trevor Gearin Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are excited to announce that Trevor Gearin has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! He achieved this impressive feat by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. This is Trevor’s first time qualifying for President’s Club, as he joined Lamacchia earlier this year in January. Since joining, Trevor has been a consistent top producer out of the Salem, New Hampshire office by ranking on the Top 5 Producing Agents of July and September 2024. He also landed a spot on the 2024 Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producers Circle, by surpassing $9,000,000 in sales volume. 

Born and raised in Methuen, Massachusetts, Trevor has deep roots in the community and continues to call it home. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
