On December 15th the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) held its 2021 Installation Ceremony and we’re so excited to share that Kathy McSweeney, John Millen, and Patrick Kennedy of Lamacchia Realty have been inducted into the RACM Board of Directors! Kathy has been named President Elect, John has been named a Director, and Patrick has been named an Alternate, serving REALTORS® all across the Central Massachusetts area to ensure best practices throughout the region.
Kathy has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and joined Lamacchia earlier this year, assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers in reaching their Real Estate goals. Her clients often say that she conducts her business with the utmost professionalism, provides exceptional service throughout the entire transaction, all while offering a high level of knowledge of the local area. Her immense passion for the industry and willingness to support the local Realtor community is reflected in the many roles she has held within the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM). Her work includes most recently serving as the RACM Vice President, as a member and also chair of the RACM Community Action Committee, Government Affairs Committee, Finance & Membership committees, and Grievance Committee. Kathy was also named the RACM 2019 Realtor of the Year! She is now the President Elect for the 2021 year.
John began at Lamacchia Realty in 2016 as an agent and it became evident quickly that John would be a leader in the company. He transitioned to the business development team in 2018 and in 2019 was promoted to Business Development Manager, working closely with Realtors to achieve their professional goals and grow their businesses. Through RACM, John has been working with the Government Affairs Committee since 2018 and was elected as a Vice Chair to the committee in 2019. In 2019, John was also appointed to serve as the 2020 Government Affairs Committee Chair where he worked to identify and review potential laws that may hurt or favor clients and Realtors. This year, he served as an Alternate on the 2020 Board of Directors. John is now a Director on the Board for the 2021 year.
Patrick joined Lamacchia Realty earlier this year and works closely with clients in and around the Worcester area to buy and sell homes. He consistently provides the highest level of service to his clients and works hard to ensure all of their needs and wants are met throughout the entire process. Patrick has been heavily involved with the Government Affairs committees for RACM and MAR and chaired the RACM Government Affairs Committee in 2019. Patrick will be an Alternate on the board for the 2021 year.
“I know I speak for everyone at Lamacchia Realty when I say Kathy, John, and Patrick make us proud of the work they’re doing with the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts by being a part of the Board of Directors.
