Zantia initially began her career in real estate in 2015 to invest. However, she quickly realized that she loved helping people buy and sell homes and she decided that it was a career that she wanted to pursue full-time! Zantia’s goal as a real estate salesperson is to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, whatever they may be. From investing to first-time home buying to upgrading from a first home to a forever home, Zantia wants to expertly guide her clients to their success and provide them with the best possible service! Her clients would describe her as outgoing, determined, and caring.

Prior to real estate, Zantia worked as a paralegal for 10 years. As a paralegal, she had to be very detail-oriented and work very closely with clients on a daily basis. This experience has taught Zantia great client service skills as well as the importance of being detail-oriented and she leverages this experience in every real estate transaction. Zanita looks at each transaction from every angle to make sure her client’s best foot is forward because, let’s face it, attorneys would never have it any other way!

Zantia is from the Bronx, New York, and currently lives in Worcester, MA.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I chose Lamacchia Realty for a couple of reasons! As I was getting to know the brokerage and its agents over some time, I realized that the culture here was something that I knew I always have to have. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!!! The technology, training, and staff that Lamacchia offers is another reason. He has really gone through all the trouble of what technology, training, and staff help can make a realtor’s life so much easier to focus on the important things, like our clients! Finally, Anthony Lamacchia is constantly looking for ways to improve and keep up with the times in real estate and that was also huge for me! For a broker that has a lot of agents under this belt, I am always impressed with his way of keeping personal with his agents!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I enjoy sponging time with friends and family and I love to travel! More recently, I have been getting into playing softball!”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I don’t particularly have a favorite charity, but I love helping out in the community in any way that I can. Giving back physically and personally is something I have always loved doing, better than just writing a check to a charity. I love being hands-on!”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“Helping people. Hands down, helping people buy homes is my favorite part of the job. It always seems to be the most rewarding to be able to help someone secure an amazing piece of real estate that they can call home for their family! No better feeling than that! I am blessed to be able to call this a career!”

Do you have any pets?

“I have a small dog named Odie!”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I have more recently enjoyed playing softball but I absolutely love to watch football and basketball!”
