William is originally from just West of Boston, and has since lived in ME, WI, NH, the North Shore of MA, and now returned to coastal NH. He earned his BA in Business Administration at Gordon College while bartending until transitioning as a full-time sales agent at Lamacchia where he remained for several years before being hired on the staff side as a Field Service Agent.
Outside of Work I Enjoy:
“I enjoy motorcycle maintenance, home renovation, studying economics, finance, and tech. I hold an honorary graduate-level degree from YouTube University on all of the above, while working toward a legitimate grad certificate in Real Estate Investing.”
Do You Have a Favorite Charity?
“I’m a fan of anything on two wheels, so it’s fitting my favorite charity is Bikes Not Bombs. They use the bicycle as a vehicle for social change. Of their many programs, my favorite two are Earn-A-Bike, where local youth are empowered by learning how to assemble, maintain, and safely navigate their bikes in traffic, which they get to keep at the conclusion of the program. The Amuru Village Health Team provides bicycles to health workers which allows access to patients in rural areas of Northern Uganda.”
My Favorite Sports:
“Lacking the sport fanatic gene, you could call me a fair-weather all-Boston adjacent sports fan. This includes the Pats, with a soft spot for the Green Bay Packers. I enjoy cycling, swimming, & hiking.”
Favorite Part of My Job:
“I’ve had the privilege of starting as an independent contractor as a sales agent with Lamacchia, to now working full time as an employee of the brokerage. On both sides of the business, company culture has made every role I’ve stepped into a pleasure. I’m surrounded by the hardest-working professionals I know. It’s a culture of chipping in to help each other out, sharing knowledge, doing high-quality work that gets recognized, and having some fun while doing so.”
