Tim Weed began his real estate career in early 2025, inspired by a close family friend who built a successful career as a REALTOR® in Connecticut. Drawn to the opportunity to connect with people and help them achieve meaningful goals, Tim found that real estate was a natural fit for his strengths. Prior to entering the industry, he worked for a nonprofit organization in Manchester, Connecticut that provided services for low income families, where he served as the School Aged Director overseeing programs for students from pre kindergarten through eighth grade. In this role, he developed a strong ability to listen carefully, understand individual challenges, and create thoughtful solutions, skills that now guide the way he supports his real estate clients.

Tim also served as a Program Coordinator for the Town of Cheshire, where he helped manage several major community initiatives including the Bartlem Beats Summer Concert Series, town basketball programs for kindergarten through twelfth grade, town sponsored summer camps, and youth volunteer opportunities. Through this work, he built strong relationships with local businesses and developed a deep knowledge of Central Connecticut. A lifelong resident of Cheshire, Tim has always found his way back to the community he proudly calls home. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, being the proud “funcle” to his four nieces and nephews, traveling, hiking, trying new restaurants and breweries, staying active, reading, and cheering on New York and UConn sports teams.
