Thomas has always been interested in real estate and officially got his license in 2021. He enjoys learning new building codes, meeting builders and developers, and has an interest in historical homes. Thomas’ goals are to provide clients with the easiest transaction and to build relationships beyond real estate. Trust and satisfaction are both crucial parts of helping clients with their real estate goals. Thomas has held various positions that will help him in the real estate business, with his most recent job working with a general contractor in homes throughout a sober community. Currently, Thomas also works for KAC Insulators with all forms of insulation, forming relationships with inspectors and builders throughout Massachusetts. Those who have worked closely with Thomas describe him as determined, reliable, and caring.

Thomas is from Oxford Massachusetts and still lives there today!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work, I enjoy: spending time with my girlfriend, urban exploration, cars, and taking care of my two pets.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“Helping people. Whether it is answering a few questions, or helping people buy a home. Helping people is my favorite part of the job. It is always rewarding to be able to help someone start or continue their real estate journey.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have a cat named Muffins and a crested gecko named Chipps.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I love helping out in the community in any way that I can. I am a member of the Lion’s club and often try to donate to any charity focused on cancer.”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“My favorite sport to play and watch is baseball. How can it not be? It’s America’s pastime.”
