What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“My friend Carol Perna from the Woburn office was my inspiration to start my second career in Real Estate and shared all the things she loved about Lamacchia. She invited me to come and meet with Keri. I met and got to feel what it would be like to work with this company. When Covid hit, Anthony’s videos got me amped for a career in Real Estate. His energy and enthusiasm were exactly what I needed to keep studying. The Lamacchia staff gave me the tools and encouragement to pass the exam.

What made me want to join Lamacchia Realty is education and company culture. For me, education and continuous training are the most important aspects when achieving success.  Lamacchia’s dedication to training their agents made my decision a no brainer. Add to that a company culture that is based on teamwork, dedication to agent success, and family. I know this was the right decision.”
