Shannon Kaltsunas

Shannon has always had an interest in Real Estate and, after purchasing her first home a couple of years ago, she decided she wanted to enter the industry to assist her clients as they embark on their own home buying/selling journey! Shannon is known as being personable, honest, and reliable and her intent is to bring each of these qualities to the clients she serves. Whether buying or selling a home, Shannon’s goal for every transaction is to make this transition as easy as possible for the clients she works with!

Prior to Real Estate, Shannon worked at an assisted living facility where she worked with seniors and their families while transitioning them to their new home. From this experience, Shannon gained valuable skills and insights into understanding the trepidation some home buyers or sellers may have with making the decision to find a new place to call home. Shannon’s goal was to make each new resident feel comfortable about their new home and she looks forward to doing the same with each of her Real Estate clients as they find their new homes as well!

Shannon grew up in Bellingham, MA, and she now lives in Burrillville, RI with her husband and their three dogs.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“When searching for the best company to work with, the culture was my biggest focus as well as training since this was a whole new industry for me. A friend from high school works with Lamacchia and spoke very highly about working here! When I reached out and got more information, I still wanted to check with other companies to make sure of my decision and found out I was definitely making the right choice in choosing Lamacchia!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I spend a lot of time with family. We are all very close so we try to get together as much as we can. We have been doing a lot of work around our house lately, so that’s been fun 😉”

“Three dogs! Two Yorkipoos and a Boston terrier.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
