Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions people make in their life and Rubia’s goal is to make that process seamless and enjoyable for her clients. Professionalism, integrity, honesty, and work ethic are her core attributes as a Realtor. She believes in the value of personal service and strives daily to ensure that her clients are happy with the services she provides.

Prior to Real Estate, Rubia worked in Automotive Business Development Sales and Portfolio Management. Needing a change and wanting to connect with her clients on a deeper level, she found her niche in Real Estate! Originally from Boston, she moved to a quaint South Shore town a few years ago and has fallen in love with coastal living, charming colonial history, enjoying concerts and movies on the beach – The South Shore is a Living Picturesque postcard!

Outside of work Rubia loves spending time near the ocean, trying new coffee shops, and all things real estate. Above all, she loves spending quality time with her family and their Siberian Husky, Django!

“Being on the Water, Drinking lots of Lattes, Reading, and being surrounded by my loved ones.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“That I’m able to make a substantial impact on the people I’m lucky enough to cross paths with. Whether its helping them close on their dream home or helping them find their first investment property for building a better financial life. Or just being a small part of helping someone accomplish their life long goals of purchasing a home for their parents. Helping homeowners sell their homes far beyond the number of their dreams.”
