Meet Roberta Chiaravalloti – originally from Calabria, Italy, and living in Waltham, MA since 2000. Prior to entering real estate, she worked in the medical field as a diagnostic medical Sonographer. Eventually, she realized her calling was to help people, just in a different way. As a medical professional, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and be a strong advocate for all of her patients. As your real estate agent, Roberta will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests.
If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using amazing technology and Lamacchia’s superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. Roberta loves building relationships with new people and having the opportunity to help them: “Rest assured I will listen to you! With an understanding of your needs and wants, I will do my best to help you achieve them all.”
Roberta recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives every day to exceed their expectations. As a full-time real estate agent, she will work hard to make your experience as pleasurable as possible through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.
