Biography

Before making a career change into Real Estate, Rejane had a successful career in international business management. She worked for a global leader in environmental and industrial measurement, and her main responsibility was to lead the expansion of the company’s business from the US into Latin American industrial markets. This included developing a strong bi-lingual marketing and website program (for creating brand awareness) as well as establishing key partners in-country to support a growing customer base. With her natural drive and motivation to succeed, Rejane built the business from virtually nothing and developed an infrastructure to achieve sustainable growth. When directly supporting end-users, she used a combination of consultative sales and value selling approach to deliver clients with the best business solution possible utilizing the high technology sensors offered by the company, “This experience has granted me the ability to listen to my client’s business issues and understand their pain. With that in mind, I presented them with solutions to solve their challenges of low or non-performance processes. In the end, they were grateful for the end results.”

With a strong work ethic, Rejane is highly motivated, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Rejane’s transition to Real Estate was a smooth one, which depicted her exceptional skill-set in negotiating, problem-solving, attention to detail and always placing the customer’s needs first. She always puts 110% of herself into everything she does and is passionate about helping her clients sell their homes and find their dream homes. Rejane graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She is a longtime resident of the Town of Winchester, north of Boston. She is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“After interviewing with a few brokerage offices, I decided to go with Lamacchia because I would be able to attain my goals for professional development thus enabling me to provide the best service to my clients. Besides the fact that they provide ongoing training to their Realtors coupled with their solid marketing strategy and outstanding technology tools, the fact that Lamacchia is a fast-growing company was the other component that was a key factor to my decision.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work I love to travel, visit museums, photograph nature, and garden in my front yard. I also enjoy sitting at the beach reading while listening to the waves crash against the sand.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“I have always loved helping others, and to have the opportunity to make a difference in many people’s lives is gratifying and rewarding.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes, we have a rescue dog named Fofa. She is very sweet and has been part of our family since she was 3 months old. She is now 10 years old!”
