Pauline has been with Steepleview Realty since its inception in 1998 after departing another local agency. As a multi-million-dollar selling agent throughout Berkshire County and Southern Vermont for many years, she prides herself on professionalism and compassion for both home buyers and sellers. She joined Lamacchia Realty when the brokerage joined forces with Steepleview Realty in May of 2026.

With experience in modular construction, Pauline is able to guide buyers through the process of purchasing land and building their dream home. She especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers achieve their dream of homeownership and finds great fulfillment in assisting buyers and sellers as they move into the next stage of their lives.
