“Your Golden Opportunity Realtor”
Pat started in real estate at the end of 2016. She has always loved the different styles and types of properties. Pat also loved the feeling she had when she purchased her first home and wanted to help others buying or selling feel the same way! She wants to make it a great experience. Pat’s goal is to have every client find a home that fits the criteria for their family. Whether this is a home to start their adult lives, grow their family, or downsize because they are entering another stage of their lives and their needs have changed. Pat will also sell her client’s property for the best price possible and make it as pleasant an experience as possible! Everyone’s time is valuable. Pat listens to the needs and wants of her clients and aims to fulfill their needs. It is all about them! Pat has great resources through social media, networking, being a member National Association of REALTORS®, and being a proud part of the Lamacchia Realty company that has a huge amount of services to support a great efficient experience.
Prior to real estate, Pat received an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, and she was a chef for a number of years. Of course, her main focus was to make sure that each diner’s experience was a great one. Currently, Pat is a dog trainer and she breeds golden retrievers. Pat has confirmation, obedience, agility, dock divers, and therapy goldens. Pat feels this contributes to the passion, drive, and empathy she has to find the right home for her clients. Pat has been described by her clients and colleagues as someone who acts with integrity and who is both compassionate and relentless!
Pat was born and raised on the South Shore, and she loves that she lives close to Boston and the Cape so that can enjoy the city or beach life – whatever she is feeling at the time!
