Noelle Medugno has always had a passion for real estate. Long before becoming an agent, she loved exploring homes and was fascinated by the way real estate could shape people’s lives. What started as a personal interest grew into a career built around what she values most: educating, supporting, and guiding people through some of the biggest decisions they will ever make.

Noelle understands firsthand how meaningful a home purchase can be. She and her husband bought their first home in 2011, a true fixer upper. Without hesitation, they began a full renovation and lived without a kitchen and bathroom for nearly a year. That experience gave her deep empathy for buyers and homeowners navigating renovations, investments, and long term decisions.

Before transitioning into real estate, Noelle earned her Master’s degree in Special Education and worked as an educator for 16 years. Her background in teaching shapes the way she serves her clients today, with patience, clear communication, strong organization, and a commitment to making sure people feel confident every step of the process. Her goal is to ensure every client feels prepared, supported, and well represented from start to finish.

A Malden native, Noelle now lives in Saugus with her husband and their German Shepherd, Remo. She is proud to be part of Lamacchia Realty and was drawn to the company’s supportive culture and industry leading education.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I was drawn to the supportive culture at Lamacchia and the genuine positivity of the people here. The education and training they provide for agents is truly unmatched. Coming from a background in education, that commitment to learning really stood out to me.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“My husband and I love to travel and explore new places together. Some of my favorite destinations so far have been Positano, Italy and Montana, both felt like waking up in paradise. I also practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, enjoy weight training, hiking with my dog Remo, cooking, baking, and photography. I love capturing scenic views and, of course, lots of pictures of my dog.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Yes, Northeast Animal Shelter.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“Meeting people from all walks of life and being part of such an important journey with them. Many of my clients turn into lasting friendships, which is something I truly value about this work.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have a German Shepherd named Remo, who we have had since he was eight weeks old. I love training and walking him every day. We have even competed together in a Protection Sports Association trial, which was an amazing experience.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“There is nothing better than a 4PM game on a summer afternoon at Fenway Park. Go Sox!”
