Nikoleta “Nikky” Mollova was born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and lived there until she was seven years old. She grew up in Marlborough, Massachusetts and currently lives in Worcester with her wife, Megan. When they bought their first home, they felt an unmatched joy and both decided to pursue careers in real estate. Nikky loves houses and unique architecture. She strives to find homes that make her clients feel that very same joy that she experienced upon buying her home.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I decided to join Lamacchia Realty when I saw how happy my wife, Megan, was after she joined. Megan raved about the amazing community that’s associated with Lamacchia, the numerous services they offer, and the great training program. I was completely sold when she described working for Lamacchia as working for the Google of the real estate world.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I have dozens of hobbies that keep me busy when I’m not working. These include, but are not limited to, crocheting, painting, sewing, drawing, working out, and playing Pickleball at the local YMCA.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“My favorite charity is The ALS Association. I spent a decade working as a nurse, and my experience with ALS made a profound impact on me.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite thing about my job is seeing the happiness it brings to my clients. Very few jobs allow you to bring about, and be a part of, this kind of joy in people’s lives.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have four adorable pets. A beagle-mix named Harry, a Maine Coon cat named Toby, a Tabby cat named Boo, and a Betta fish named Versailles.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I don’t religiously watch sports, but I am a very proud fan of all the Boston teams!”
