I’m Michelle Byrne, a full-time Real Estate Professional with Lamacchia Realty. I began my real estate career in 2022 and enjoy helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence, personalized service, and clear communication.

Prior to real estate, I spent many years in Property and Casualty Insurance, where I developed strong customer service, problem-solving, and contract-focused skills. That experience helps me anticipate client needs, offer solutions, and guide clients through every step of buying or selling a home.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. I joined Lamacchia Realty when the brokerage joined forces with the Briotti Group in April 2026.

A longtime Plymouth, CT resident, I live with my husband, Kyle, and our four children. Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, walking, spending time with my family, and refinishing old furniture. I pride myself on being a full-service agent and trusted advisor who is committed to creating a positive real estate experience for every client.
