Specializing in relocations and the representation of buyers and sellers in Greater Boston, Matthew Czepiel has been serving clients for 13 years. His primary focus is on single families and condos, but he also works with investors and developers. Having “seen it all,” Czepiel had the skills he needed to adapt his business to the pandemic. “It’s incredibly challenging as an agent and oftentimes more time-consuming,” he relates. “But I never want to put anyone in a position where they don’t feel comfortable buying or selling.”

Czepiel is a proud father of 2 and husband, as well as an avid sports fan. He is also an investor himself with 16 residential rental units, a short-term rental in Maine, and is always looking to expand his portfolio.

This review is for Matt Czepiel who we used to find our (my wife and I's) first home. Matt started with us over a year before we ended up finding our current place. He took the time from beginning to end to not only explain the process, but also answer all of our questions. He suggested open houses, gave us things to look for, and when we were ready, submitting an offer. He always went the extra mile, always being there for inspections and even going to City hall to ensure no open permits were left for our condo. We felt extremely comfortable when we finally found our condo, and Matt laid out everything and worked with some people we had picked out to complete the transaction. Before I go too long, I'll simply say Matt is extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and always there for us. I wouldn't and won't use anyone else for these reasons. I highly recommend Matt. Matt Czepial has done it again! This is the second house I have purchased with his help. Just like the first, the transaction was smooth.
