Biography

“Being successful means working hard but that’s after you’ve done the most important thing—and that is listening to people and hearing what they need and want.” Maryellen has to be a great listener. As the mother of 3 daughters and 2 stepdaughters, communication is key! Maryellen was born and raised in Medford, MA. She then moved to Wakefield where she lived with her family for over 22 years. Maryellen was heavily involved in the public school system serving on the school council for over 7 years. She also volunteered and coached with the local youth soccer and basketball associations. She was involved with the American Cancer Society’s signature event, the “Relay for Life” and served as a committee member for several years. She is also involved with the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and their Arterial Challenge events!

Maryellen, her husband Matthew and their family now reside in the Belvidere section of Lowell. She’s been a licensed Realtor since 2015 and combines her education in business and communications, her experiences in corporate America along with her enthusiasm and attention to detail to uniquely serve her clients. She is a member of the Northeast Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and earned her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation in 2019.
