Marybeth earned her real estate license in May 2021 and began working primarily with investment properties, focusing on fix-and-flip projects for her own portfolio. That experience naturally expanded into helping clients with traditional retail buying and selling. Her passion for real estate began years earlier in the early 2000s, when she and her family owned and managed multiple rental properties, giving her firsthand experience in investing, property management, and the long-term value of real estate ownership.

Family is at the center of Marybeth’s life, especially her daughters, Christina and Elizabeth, both professional adults living in San Diego. She loves to travel and enjoys spending quality time with family on vacations and small getaways, both within the country and abroad.

In her free time, Marybeth enjoys reading and is an active member of a book club. She also loves creative activities such as candle making, coloring, and crafting. A fan of resale shopping and vintage finds, she enjoys discovering unique treasures with character and charm.
