Marla Rios began her real estate career in 2023, inspired by a strong interest in one of the world’s most powerful wealth building assets. Recognizing that real estate plays a major role in creating long term financial stability for individuals and families alike, she was eager to learn the industry from the inside out. Along with her passion for real estate, Marla has always enjoyed working closely with people and helping them achieve meaningful milestones, especially the rewarding journey of homeownership.

Marla is committed to ensuring every client feels confident, informed, and supported throughout the buying or selling process. She understands that real estate transactions can feel overwhelming, which is why she prioritizes organization, clear communication, and proactive guidance to help make the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. Her client focused approach is rooted in patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Before transitioning into real estate, Marla worked in healthcare as both a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. Those roles helped her develop strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during high stakes situations. She is also currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Business, further strengthening her knowledge of the industry and the market she serves.

Originally from Dartmouth, Marla enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of work. She loves spending time with her Yorkie, Kota, and is an avid reader with a particular interest in self help, communication, and fantasy books. She is also teaching herself piano and has developed a deep appreciation for Asian culture and cuisine, even teaching herself how to read Korean and some Japanese.
