about

Maria LeBlanc began her real estate career in December 2019, making the leap into the industry just as the world shifted with the onset of COVID-19. What started as an uncertain moment became a powerful turning point, as she transitioned fully into real estate and discovered her true calling: helping families buy and sell homes while building something meaningful for her own family.

Maria is proud to be a part of Lamacchia Realty, where she brings her clients the dedication, guidance, and results they deserve. Her philosophy is simple: your goals are her goals, and she doesn’t stop until you get there. For buyers, that means truly listening, finding the right home, and ensuring the process feels exciting rather than stressful. For sellers, Maria delivers smart pricing strategies, strong marketing, and tough negotiations to secure the best outcome with the least hassle.

Before real estate, Maria built a career centered on serving people and the community. She worked as a senior pharmacy technician, where she managed bedside clinics, trained colleagues, and taught classes across multiple locations. She also shared her passion for education as a Spanish teacher at Newton Montessori and Cambridge School, while offering private lessons and babysitting for families with whom she still maintains close ties today. These experiences sharpened her patience, discipline, and communication skills, qualities she now brings to every client relationship.

Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Maria now calls Melrose, Massachusetts home. She finds joy in spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs, Phia and Lola. An avid traveler, foodie, and lover of the outdoors, she enjoys working out, hiking, reading, and discovering new restaurants. Maria is also deeply committed to giving back, supporting Dana-Farber annually through donations and races in honor of a loved one she lost.

We moved from Puerto Rico to Massachusetts. We were referred to Maria on May 20, from that moment she inspired confidence in us. Maria always very positive and cheerful at all times. We just trust her and let her play her part. She unattainable worker; for every house we wanted to see she always said YES. She was always honest with every house she visited. Finally, on July 12, we closed our house. Thanks to Maria!
