Biography

Mahi was born and raised right here in Massachusetts.   As a young adult, she joined her family’s restaurant business in Taunton.   Here, with her father’s guidance, is where she built her steadfast work ethic.  She ran day-to-day operations, accounting and marketing, human resources and technology.   Decision making and problem solving were second nature.  Growing with the business, she learned valuable management and leadership skills.  But most importantly, her customer service was exemplary.

After moving to West Bridgewater with her husband and young children, she has built many strong relationships in her community.  She’s had her real estate license for over 12 years, working primarily in southern Massachusetts.  Prior to getting her real estate license, Mahi worked in Boston as the executive assistant to the Tax Partner at Ernst and Young, one of world’s largest professional services firms.  Here she mastered organizational and communication skills.  Her spirited personality is what drives her in this dynamic industry.  Her strong relationships are what make her successful in her real estate career.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“Every real estate office is NOT the same. Lamacchia is a well-oiled machine, every gear working with the next for a smooth transaction. I love that everyone across the company is so happy to help, so willing to offer assistance with anything we agents need. This is a company that truly focuses on agent growth and success. They offer an amazing support system. The constant and consistent training is like no other. I wouldn’t want to hang my license anywhere else.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and good friends.   I love going to both my daughters’ soccer games.  Seeing them laugh and play makes my heart smile. I enjoy reading, puzzles and entertaining guests.   Movies and board games are always big hits in our home, with popcorn and ice cream of course.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I don’t have a favorite charity per se, but my top three would have to be St. Jude’s, Boston Children’s Hospital and Autism Speaks.  I sometimes support the car behind me at the Dunks drive through. #BeKind #PayItForward”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“I truly enjoy helping people find their “place to call home”. I like that I’m able to help them prioritize their wants and needs. During what can be an incredibly stressful time, I think my clients appreciate the fact that I help them understand the process and make it a bit easier to navigate. I try to build lasting relationships, not just sell homes.”

Do you have any pets?

“My girls have a pet fish. Taco.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“My favorite sport is soccer.  My oldest started playing at just 5 years old and the pride beams off my face when she plays.  Now that my little one plays as well, it’s double the fun.  It’s just so exciting to watch them do what they love!  I guess the Pats and Bruins are OK too .”
