Luz first had an interest in real estate about 15 years ago, and her interest in the industry peeked once again after the purchase of her own home 2 years ago. After this process, Luz started researching and studying to become an agent. Currently, Luz works with people to map out their goals and create a timeline to achieve those goals. She helps and educates them on how to repair or restore their credit, budget, and the overall importance of financing. Luz has found that all of her clients usually share one common goal: to become a home buyer. In order to be able to better serve her clients and take them the extra mile, Luz decided it was time to become a real estate agent!

With the knowledge Luz has of credit repair and restoration along with her experience educating others on budget planning and financial education, Luz plans to combine these skills with being a real estate agent to help her clients get to the next step and begin the home buying process. Luz can teach her clients how to read their credit reports, what lenders are looking at when they see their reports, understand debt to income ratios, and how to budget when considering buying a home. Luz will help her clients create a roadmap to success and, as an agent, this map will now include the selling or home buying process. She loves listening to her clients and helping them write a roadmap that fits their needs. Luz is described as motivated and relentless, and although Luz has several professional goals, she ultimately and most importantly wants to be able to leave a legacy for her children. As a mother of five, Luz wants to show them nothing is impossible!

Currently, Luz has her own business through a financial education service where she helps enroll clients into programs that help them with their credit and budgeting to then be able to start the home buying process. For the past year, she has been helping others repair and restore their credit, and a few of her clients that she has worked with were able to buy their first home! Seeing that joy gave her the ambition to obtain her real estate license as she can now take her clients to the next level with their goals. Prior to earning her real estate license, Luz worked as a telemarketer helping potential clients understand the refinancing process. After, she worked in the medical field as a Senior Representative helping members understand their medical benefits, etc. Additionally, Luz has worked in the customer service field for many years including cosmetology and massage therapy.

Luz was born and raised in Worcester, MA, and is now a proud homeowner in Athol, MA.

“I would prefer to say Lamacchia choose me! I bought my house 2 years ago with Kerryann from Lamacchia. I didn’t know much about the company but started to see signs left and right! I thought to myself, ‘okay they are up and coming’ while studying for my real estate license and I started seeing commercials, more billboards, and signs, so I inquired and fell in love with what Lamacchia stands for, how they work as a unit, and even though you work for yourself you are never by yourself, so why not…”
