Growing up in Westwood and having family businesses in both Westwood and Norwood gives Liza the local pulse on the market. The decision to move to Norfolk to raise their 3 boys was an easy one as living on a farm with horses and farm animals has always been her passion. Liza also found a lot of enjoyment selling FSBO’S and the blended farm life and real estate deals were a perfect balance.
After years of selling the FSBO’s Liza decided to become a licensed Real Estate agent to help others with their Real Estate needs. Liza felt a void in the industry and wanted to make sure that every customer was treated with the highest level of professionalism. This enhanced every transaction by developing a business relationship based on integrity- no matter what the transaction or whom the customer. With a strong equestrian background, she specializes in helping assist buyers and sellers in need of this type of agricultural knowledge. Also having a husband in the Construction Business Liza also has full working knowledge of the trades. It helps to know the “ins” and “outs” of all stages of remodeling and building and she uses her knowledge in these areas as a valuable tool for her clients when it comes to negotiating on either side.
