Lisa is a licensed REALTOR® with Lamacchia Realty in the beautiful and historic North Shore of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Holding dual licenses, she services most of the North Shore of Massachusetts, Essex and Middlesex Counties, and Southern New Hampshire. Growing up and residing here has given her a comprehensive knowledge of the area and real excitement for introducing newcomers to the cities and towns she knows and loves.

Lisa began her real estate career as a residential sales agent in 2012, and since that time she has closed over 300 transactions totaling more than $200,000,000 in residential sales volume. Lisa truly enjoys working with all of her clients; sellers, investors, downsizers, and first-time home buyers and is especially passionate about working with Veterans. She is an expert in working with VA Buyer clients and finds assisting those that served our country to be an honor and incredibly rewarding. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®, North Shore Association of REALTORS®, and Granite State South Board of REALTORS® and holds many committee positions on these boards.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I was looking for more support and marketing exposure for my clients. I got to a certain point in my career that I couldn’t go any further without support or help so I needed to be somewhere that offered that so I could continue to serve my clients at a high level while growing my business.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love the beach, I am definitely a warm-weather girl. I love being outdoors, I love working out, I have twin teenage sons. I love to read”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Mostly Veterans charities, I work with a lot of VA buyers. I ask all of them their favorite veterans charities and donate to the charity of their choice. I also work with the Homes for Heroes program.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“I love problem-solving for my clients and am incredibly honored that people choose me for these huge life moments, I love exceeding and landing them home of their dreams.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“All New England teams! I love going to live sports events”
