Biography

As a real estate advisor, Lisa Ferro’s goal is to provide a best-in-class experience to both sellers and buyers. As a true people person, she treats every client transaction with a personalized approach by getting to really know them. She sincerely wants her clients to know they have chosen the right person to guide them through this exciting journey. Her clients often describe her as results-oriented, energetic, and ambitious which is evident by how she handles each client with care and aims to alleviate their stress by educating them and helping them through any obstacles.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Lisa spent eight years in corporate finance and strategy where she held various leadership positions while working for three well-known companies headquartered in Boston. She left her corporate job because she decided to undertake a career more aligned with her personality and values and translated her love for working with people, home design, and construction into a passionate career. She earned an undergraduate degree in Tourism and Business Management in 2009 and a master’s degree in Finance and Economics in 2012. These experiences allowed her to acquire strong business partnering and analytical skills. She also learned how to balance competing priorities across multiple departments and how to raise new ideas by consistently exercising her ability to think strategically and critically. With her real estate career, Lisa’s background in finance really helps her to dissect and analyze the hyper-local market trends, present them in a simple and digestible way, and give her clients a clear understanding of the facts.

Lisa was born and grew up in Venice, Italy, and has been living in Boston since 2012.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I enjoy the serenity of spending time in nature and practicing different kinds of outdoor activities. My favorite ones are running, biking, hiking, and playing golf! I also love traveling and learning about new cultures.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“Meeting new people and making lasting and genuine connections!”

Do you have any pets?

“I have a Maine Coon cat and his name is Papi. I love all animals and I’m thinking of getting a dog soon!”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Boston Children’s Hospital.”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“As a true Italian person, I absolutely love watching soccer!”
