Linda decided to pursue real estate as a career after purchasing her own home in Lowell. Having had a first-hand experience as a first-time homebuyer trying to sell and find a new home during this market, Linda knew that she could help people through the same process and would be able to relate to her clients who were in the same position. Additionally, several of her peers began asking her questions about the home buying process, especially first-time homebuyers, so she decided to step into real estate because she genuinely enjoys helping her clients through this next chapter! Linda’s goals are to set expectations, provide transparency, and communicate effectively with clients in order to meet their goals. She is oftentimes described as dependable, a fast learner and empathetic!

Prior to real estate, Linda worked in Order Management for 9 years which allowed her to gain extensive customer service experience. Being able to resolve issues by working with both external customers and various internal departments will help Linda build strong relationships and provide positive experiences to her real estate clients.

Linda was born and raised in Lowell, MA, and still lives there today.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I believe the most important aspect in starting a career on the right foot is good training. I was referred to Lamacchia Realty by a couple of people for the training program. The positive culture is a plus!”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I enjoy spending time with my family and friends over meals & relaxing with daily nature walks.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“My favorite charity to give back to is the Boston Children’s Hospital. Minor or major, they have treated many people I know.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite part of my job is culture. I am able to collaborate with a team that will guide me in helping my clients accomplish their goals.”

Do you have any pets?

“Although I love animals, I do not have any pets. I can always visit my dog-nephews: 2 German Shepards, 2 Huskies & 2 Golden Retrievers.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“I mainly watch sports when it involves my children, but sometimes tune in when my husband is watching basketball. Let’s go Celtics!”
