Lidiya worked as a Property Manager for a family-owned real estate company with buildings spread throughout two states from 2016-2020. It was then that she was able to get exposed to a variety of issues on the management and rental sides of the real estate business. Ready to advance her career and to deepen her knowledge on the subject, she pursued her Real Estate License so she could combine her lifelong passion for helping people achieve their dreams with her understanding of the real estate market.
Born and raised in Bulgaria, and having traveled a lot before coming to the States, Lidiya got exposed to multiple different cultures and backgrounds from an early age. Very empathic and understanding of human nature, Lidiya is not afraid of hard work and will lose sleep if her clients are not satisfied. You can rely on her guiding you through one of the most exciting and largest financial decisions in your life. A current resident of Melrose MA, she is planning to make Melrose her permanent home!
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“Something just clicked here and I knew this was the right place for me. I was blown away from the amount of support received, professional as well as personal. They really go above and beyond for their agents and their clients.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Spending time with my husband, my friends, and my family has always been the number one priority for me. Outside of that, we love traveling and exploring new things, cultures, and tastes (we are big foodies!) I love skiing during the winter and going to the beach, camping, and hiking during the summer is what keeps us busy. We are always up for a good adventure!”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“Yes, I was involved with Big Brother Big Sister for many years during high-school, and I served as a founding member and a president of Rotaract (which is Rotary for youngsters) while in College. Both of their missions speak volumes to me personally.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I love the dynamic, the logistical part, and most importantly, as cheesy as it might sound, meeting new people and helping them in such a defining moment in their lives! The excitement of a done deal has no match!”
Do you have any pets?
“I grew up with a lovely black lab named Baileys (didn’t even drink at the time 😀 ) and two cats to keep her company, but haven’t had the pleasure of owning a furry friend in my adult years yet!”
Do you have a favorite sport?
“I am not a big sports fan, but I support everything that makes people happy. My husband is a big soccer fan, so “Come on you Arsenal”, if that counts.”
