Lauren joined the real estate industry after several years of property management and marketing. After enjoying many aspects of both roles, real estate was a natural transition. During her time leasing and managing apartment complexes, she learned how passionate people are about where they live. Many of these residents went through the first-time home buying process while living there or moved in after selling their family home. When they came to the office to vent, it was clear that the whole journey on either side can be stressful, emotional, exciting, and rewarding.
The fact that buying and selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions of our lives prompted Lauren to start learning as much as she could about real estate and real estate investing. She 110% believes in residential real estate as an asset class, a generational wealth-building tool, and the pride that homeownership brings.
As a REALTOR®, Lauren values great communication and continuous learning. In an industry like real estate, it’s important to always find new ways to better serve your clients. She loves guiding them through every step of the transaction by making it as clear, easy, and stress-free as possible.
Lauren earned her degree in Psychology at UMass Amherst and is happiest when working with and learning about people. She’s a lifelong resident and area expert of Central Massachusetts.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“I was initially drawn to Lamacchia because they’re insanely good at marketing and I had heard a lot about their training. When I started meeting other agents at the company, everyone was SO positive, supportive, and genuinely wanted to help me. I remember having three separate conversations with three different agents and – completely unprompted – they all said almost the exact same things about how much they loved working at Lamacchia. That’s when you know you’ve found a genuine group of people! It was an easy decision choosing to be part of that.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Crafting, traveling, trivia night, and being outside – you can find me on my favorite lake in the summer or on the mountain skiing in the winter!”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“Buying or selling a house can feel really stressful – I love guiding and supporting my clients through every step of the process and removing as much of that stress as I can for them.”
Do you have any pets?
“I don’t have any pets at the moment, but I love dogs and have a special place in my heart for pitbulls!”
