Kyle Denlinger is a South Florida real estate professional who believes great real estate starts with understanding the person behind the transaction.

After beginning his real estate career in Florida, Kyle quickly established himself in the industry, closing more than 70 homes during his first two and a half years as an agent. His experience has included working with buyers, sellers, investors, first-time homeowners, and relocating families across a wide range of price points and situations.

Before real estate, Kyle spent several years in management with the Seminole Tribe of Florida, where he led a team of more than 70 employees. That experience shaped the way he approaches his business today: communicate clearly, stay calm when problems arise, take responsibility, and never lose sight of the people involved.

After spending a year and a half living with his family in Asheville, North Carolina, Kyle returned to South Florida and rejoined Lamacchia Realty, bringing with him an even broader perspective on real estate, relocation, and what people are truly looking for when they choose where to call home.

Kyle takes a personal, straightforward approach with his clients. Rather than treating every transaction the same, he takes the time to understand their goals and builds a strategy around them, combining strong negotiation, creative marketing, local market knowledge, and honest communication from the first conversation through closing.

Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, their daughter, Myla, and their dogs. He loves being outdoors, staying active, traveling, and spending time near the water. For Kyle, real estate has never been solely about selling houses. It is about helping people make decisions that support the life they are trying to create.
