Kyle first started in real estate when he was 20 while he was also a full-time student at NHTI Concord’s Community College studying Health Science. He got his first glimpse of what it is like to be a REALTOR® when working his first job at Ben & Jerry’s on Elm St in Manchester. He worked at B&J’s from 16 years old until he was 21, and one of the owners, Brian Gentile, was a REALTOR® and gave Kyle the idea while they were chatting one day.
Kyle thinks the idea of going to college allows you to connect, network, and learn to become yourself while away from influences. Accordingly, Kyle originally wanted to be a Radiation Therapist, but after tons of thought, he decided that he did not want to work in the medical field. Kyle wanted a flexible career that would allow him to live the life he wanted. Kyle wanted to enjoy being around people and networking with them. Therefore, Kyle took the real estate licensing course, passed the test, and then became a REALTOR® while still being a full-time college student. Kyle faced several financial hardships while growing up, so he was even more so motivated to do real estate since it can be such a lucrative business, and it would give him the financial freedom he was looking for! Now, Kyle believes that his job is to be the source of information that anyone can tap into at any time. He is here to be a service of knowledge, ideas, and professionalism. Kyle’s goals are in line with his clients: don’t waste money, get ahead, have financial stability, and create a future with memories. Kyle is oftentimes described by his clients as honest, upfront, and selfless.
Kyle was born and raised in Manchester, NH and he still currently lives there.
