After living in New York and Washington State, Kimiyo made Southern New Hampshire home 15 years ago. Its a beautiful setting for raising a family that loves outdoor adventures and being part of a strong, welcoming community.

Kimiyo has a background in interior design, commercial space planning, and 14 years running a custom furniture business (featured in HGTV Magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, and Boston Magazine). Through the years she has developed a refined eye for detail and built many meaningful relationships by turning bold ideas into exceptional results.

Life has taught her the value of patience, understanding and how to meet people where they are at. Raising a son with Type 1 diabetes has given her a unique perspective on the importance of support through difficult transitions while staying focused on priorities.

Clients appreciate Kimiyo’s ability to combine practical design insight, local market knowledge, and a personalized strategy to help them make the most of their investment for years to come.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her tinkering with a piece of furniture in the wood shop, catching up with friends, or walking through the woods with her family.
